Early Sankukai and Sensei Nanbu Photos

If you go to www.nanbudo.com website in the dropdown menu ‘About Nanbudo’ select ‘Doshu Soke’ to find a brief biography of Sensei Nanbu (Doshu Soke), the founder of Sankukai Karate, followed by a short interview with Sensei Nanbu himself. Under the heading ‘Gallery’  in the archive section you will find many interesting early photos of Sensei Nanbu and Sankukai. If you go to www.shukokai-world.net and under the ‘Media Galleries’ drop down menu select ‘Rare Photos’ you will find many interesting early photos of  from Sensei Mabuni through to Sensei Tani and Sensei Nanbu. This gives you a view of our direct lineage back to the early days of karate-do.
