Coronavirus

As our members will not be able to train at their clubs until circumstances change for the better we would encourage you to train at home. There are videos on our website that can help you. If you require some advice on any aspect of you Sankukai training, contact your instructor, who will be happy to help. This is an opportunity to improve your kata and basic techniques over the coming weeks!

Stay safe and follow the NHS advice and government requirements.

Letter from FEKO

The BSKA have received the following letter from Jim Reece, the secretary of FEKO.

Jim Reece, FEKO Hon Secretary

Good evening everyone

On 20 March 2020, the Prime Minister made it quite clear that indoor leisure and sports facilities, including gyms were to close that evening.

We interpret that to include martial arts provision and would advise all our member associations to heed that statement. We are still hearing of martial arts schools which are staying open and that can only be detrimental to containing this, extremely infectious and sometimes fatal disease.

Best wishes

Jim Reece

FEKO Hon Secretary
